SECOND BEST THING OF THE WEEKEND!

Hello Everyone!
So I have some amazing news..... my art is on the cover of the Sunday San Francisco Chronicle Food Section! YAY!!!! I'm so excited I feel like using !!! after every sentence!
This picture was taken at La Victoria Bakery where my art will be up until the end of June.
If you guys are not aware of this place you should be. They have AMAZING vegetarian food, gourmet coffee's and baked goods and best of all, every Saturday they have gourmet food carts, a band, and a guest chef. I had my opening there on Saturday May 15th and I couldn't of asked for a better host, the owner Jamie Maldonado or a better time.
So hopefully you get a chance to sit down enjoy your time and see my art!!!!! (Reminder, the !!!!! is to extend my excitement since you can't hear me yell YAY!!!!!)
Now I'm off to Los Angeles to check out the galleries. Good bye San Francisco (temporarily) and hello LA!

THE HIGHLIGHT OF MY WEEKEND.....

The highlight of my weekend was the SF ART FAIR. Top galleries from all over the country come under one roof. My favorite artist duo at the moment is HERAKUT from Berlin and I got to see 3 original pieces from them! So Amazing. That was my absolute favorite, FAVORITE moment of the show.

All in all, it was a very eye opening experience to see all these talented artist's under one roof. I really have to step up my game.....very inspiring.....you should see what my next series is going to be.....

YAY GALLERY 28!

I am pleased to announce that I am a winner in Gallery 28's First Annual Competition. I will be participating in a group show at the gallery in July and I am so very very excited. It is a wonderful gallery located in the North Beach area of San Francisco. I will keep you updated when the show will start, because if I know you then you MUST like good wine and fantastic art...plus I'm GREAT company at an art opening  :-D
      

MY OPENING LAST SATURDAY!

A big thanks to everyone who came out to support me on Saturday night at La Victoria on 24th and Alabama. I had a TON of fun and ate some great food courtesy of all the gourmet food carts. The band was amazing and thanks most of all to the owner Jamie and of course my awesome BF Ben who made the night fantastic. Thank you!
     

With these last ten paintings I wanted to inflict my emotions through abstract format to create a different level of art then what I'm used to. I've been evolving as an artist and I wanted to evoke  some of my new found artistic technique and knowledge in these paintings. I am very pleased with the outcome and I hope you enjoy them.
